Please arrive with clean skin or, if you prefer, you can wash your face at the office. (Our VISIA skin analysis requires make-up free skin.) You’ll be able to resume cosmetics immediately after your treatment and are welcome to re-apply in the office.
If possible, please complete the consent and intake forms online prior to arrival.
Please bring a picture of yourself in your younger years. This will be used in your consultation to show Dr. Adams your concept of ideal results.
You and Dr. Adams will collaborate on a treatment plan that works for you.
